A simple, predictable routine — so residents always know exactly what to set out and when.
Pickup Schedule
Doorstep collection runs five evenings a week. Standard service excludes major holidays — communities are notified in advance of any schedule changes.

Set out by 8:00 PM. Bags placed after the window may not be collected until the next service night.
What Residents Do
A few simple steps keep hallways clean and pickups quick.
How to prep your bin
- Bagged waste only — sealed, tied 13–15 gallon kitchen bags.
- Keep the lid fully closed and latched to contain odors.
- Stage the bin just outside your door, against the wall.
- Set out between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on service nights.
Accepted at the door
- Sealed kitchen bags
- Household & packaging waste
- Bagged bathroom trash
- Bags ≤ 15 lbs
Not accepted: loose trash, recycling, cardboard, hazardous materials, electronics, or items over 15 lbs.
